  • 2017-08-21: eConnect/Virtuous Migration.
    Thank you for your patience. Virtuous is now rolling out to all previous eConnect users!

    An invitation was sent to all users' email addresses associated with eConnect on 8/11. This did not take care of everyone on secure email who didn't have an associated address. In any case, please send an email to Jono and Bryan at IS@send.org or at their secure email address and ask for the invitation email to be (re)sent.

    If you have already accepted the invitation and have set up your profile, but are waiting for the final permissions to be set up, let us know you are willing to go to the front of the line at IS@send.org. We are working through the entire list of 327 users as quickly as possible, but will try to give priority to those that are ready and waiting!

  • 2017-07-27: eConnect/Virtuous Migration.
    As July comes to a close, the Donor Relations team is busy entering gifts into Virtuous and working hard to catch up.

    We regret that we are still not able to provide access to all Users at this time. The Virtuous software company has had to do some new development work to handle the complexity of the migrated data. The main issues pertain to visibility of gifts and promises that are split among multiple people and/or are anonymous.

    Software updates are scheduled to go into production for August 1st. At that time, assuming quality requirements are met, we will start to rollout out login information to MOHSers and Appointees (and Coaches). Pending continued good results, we will start the process of full rollout to everyone else.

    Again, thank you for your patience and know that great effort is being applied to correcting the lack of donor & gift information you face during this transition.

  • 2017-06-28: eConnect/Virtuous Migration.
    The migration to Virtuous will occur during the month of July.

    Donor/Donation data entry will resume July 5 in Virtuous and as soon as possible after that, we will provide login and user instructions. We apologize for the interruption, but trust the end result will better serve our missionaries and donors.

    Access to eConnect will remain until the parallel information is available through Virtuous. However, the data on the Donations, Supporters, Faith Promises, and TntConnect tabs will no longer be updated starting July 1.

  • 2017-06-07: eConnect/Virtuous Postponed until July.
    In agreement with Virtuous, we’ve come to the conclusion that it’s best to postpone the “Go-Live” until July.

    There were some lingering data migration issues that aren’t able to be resolved quickly enough. Additionally, addressing those issues over the past days (and weeks) has slowed progress on some of the other migration tasks.

    Sad to miss a goal, but believe we’ll be glad when we launch on more solid footing.

    eConnect will resume functioning as normal until the cut-over to Virtuous. June gifts are now being posted.

  • 2017-03-22: TntConnect 3.2.7 produces a "Variant or safe array is locked" error. Download the latest version for the fix.
  • 2017-03-22: Now that EMail is part of the TntConnect download, you will likely see some Contacts with bold/orange email addresses (in TntConnect). This signifies that the newly synced address is different from the address you already have in TntConnect. You can click the address and choose to accept or ignore the change. When you click accept, you will see the two addresses and be able to confirm or cancel the change. Note: your address may be more current than the one in the office. [This bold/orange behavior is also true for street addresses and phone numbers.]
  • 2017-02-27: TntConnect 3.2 was just released! See the link on the TntConnect Tab.
  • 2017-02-10: When synchronizing with TntConnect, the fix mentioned under "eConnect Updates" related to Anonymous donors/donations will cause problematic gifts previously downloaded to move from the named contact to the "Anonymous" contact, depending on the date-range you select to download and sync.
